The security deposit at Woodsmere is 50% of your rent. After you move out and the unit has been inspected for any damages, you will be refunded the deposit in full as long as the lease agreement has been followed. Additionally, applicants must provide a clear criminal record, a clear credit score, and proof of lawful residence in Canada, such as Canadian citizenship, a working visa, or a permanent residency permit.
