Additionally, applicants must provide a clear criminal record, a clear credit score, and proof of lawful residence in Canada, such as Canadian citizenship, a working visa, or a permanent residency permit. International students are also welcome to apply. By meeting this criteria list, tenants can enjoy the secure and comfortable environment that Woodsmere provides.

You can pay your rent online through our secure online portal. We offer a service called Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) which allows you to make your payments on the first of every month automatically. We also accept credit cards with a 2.9% fee.

If the property allows pets, we do require a pet deposit upon move-in. The pet deposit is equivalent to 50% of your total rent amount and is fully refundable, provided that there is no damage to the property caused by the pet.

Yes, all of the Woodsmere units have a safe parcel drop for your convenience. The parcel drop is available for anyone to use and is equipped with the latest security measures to ensure the safety of your parcels. The parcel drop is accessible 24 hours a day and is monitored by security cameras to ensure that your package is secure.
